Welcome!  I'm an attorney based in Rhode Island, exploring the rapidly developing unmanned aerial vehicle industry.  In 2020, I learned to build and fly first-person view drones for fun.  In the process, I obtained my amateur radio license to comply with broadcasting rules.  Since then, my interests and knowledge of RF and UAVs has continued to grow.
